Recipe: Rocher Coco

For the recipe you need

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100gr/1 and 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 50gr/ 2.5tbsp maple syrup

  • Whisk maple syrup and egg white in a bowl over a saucepan half filled with boiled water (bain-marie)

  • When the egg and the syrup are well mixed, remove the bowl from the saucepan and
  • add the coconut mixing with a wooden spoon.
  • When all ingredients are combined, take about 1 spoonful of dough, form a small pyramid and place it on a cooking tray, do the same with the rest of the dough, aiming for 8 to 10 pyramids.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven 180C / 350F. bon appetit!!! 😄
