The Good Days Program was developed by applying change management techniques to hours of painstaking research on the science of a migraine.

What causes migraines?

Researchers have not found a definitive cause for migraine. Migraines can be genetic but they can also be a result of environment. Migraine sufferers have been found to have hyper-excitable brains which are sensitive to stimuli.

While there is no cure, there are a number of natural ways you can manage them - namely by understanding your threshold and triggers.

Migraine Threshold

Migraine has a threshold. Imagine your threshold to be the maximum limit towards which your triggers accumulate.

How close you are to that threshold determines the frequency and severity of your attacks.

In order to stay migraine free, you must remain below your migraine threshold.

Migraine Risk Factors

 

The contributing factors to migraine are highly individual which is what makes treating it so complex.

A variety of factors can trigger a migraine. Some of these factors cannot be regulated, such as family history, weather or hormones.

However, a large number of risk factors can be controlled, these include triggers that stem from your daily routines and dietary choices.
